Rule #4: Avoid Alcohol Completely
Consuming less than whatever amount you're consuming now is always going to be better than no change at all. However, if you are serious about losing fat and improving your health, then zero is your best option.Â
Even if you're not trying to lose body fat...STOP DRINKING. Aside from being a perfect recipe for putting on excess weight, alcohol is destructive to basically every function in your body. I would make a list of all the short and long term effects of alcohol consumption but why do that when I could just write: "EVERYTHING!"
