When it comes to diets and workout routines I have basically researched and tried everything. And no matter how many times I was sure I had found the perfect solution I always experienced the same outcome: Failure
From severely overtraining myself into injuries and even depression to obsessing over what food I consumed to the point of having an eating disorder, I have felt the stress of having your life out of balance both physically and mentally at extreme levels.

It is disturbing to contemplate the number of people that, whether through ignorance or apathy, are setting themselves up for a future of life-changing health problems that are COMPLETELY PREVENTABLE.
