Rule #3: Limit Your Daily Eating Window
Limit your daily eating window to between one and eight hours.
It does not matter what time of day your eating window is but try and keep it consistent.
Only consume water and black coffee outside the eating window.
By limiting your eating window to eight hours or less you are giving your body a proper chance to recover from inflammation, allowing it to rely more on fat reserves for energy and lowering overall calorie consumption.
The duration of your eating window is at your own discretion.Â
