Well...That's it.
No method is 100 percent foolproof and I am not here to say this will work for every single person. But, if you are able to follow these four rules and apply them accordingly, there is a very good chance you will lose weight. Even if you don't lose as much weight as you were hoping, your health is likely to improve anyway.
I strongly believe in this for three main reasons:
It is incredibly simple. Simple does not mean easy. It means there is very little to think about. Thinking is great in most senses but not in weight loss. Too much thinking creates stress, stress creates discomfort and discomfort paves the way for discontinuity.
With the exception of people with severe medical conditions and physical limitations, anyone can do this. I call them "rules" but the reality is that within the "rules" you can command your behavior in a manner of your choosing.
Again, with the exception of people with severe medical conditions and physical limitations, we should all be doing these things anyway.
